Miami Spice - Steven Raichlen - I have it, I have earmarked it, but I just haven't made anything from it to date. There is some interesting looking recipes!
Barbecue! Bible : Sauces, Rubs, and Marinades, Bastes, Butters, and Glazes - Steven Raichlen. Lots of great ideas and recipes for rubs and marinates. We've got several  earmarked to try in the future.
