This is probably the 5th time that we have done ChefRD's Hot wings - each time turns out better that the previous. Since it has been a while (11/99) we decided to make twice as many.

This is probably the 5th time that we have done ChefRD's Hot wings - each time turns out better that the previous. Since it has been a while (11/99) we decided to make twice as many. |

After the initial preparation, ChefRD's recipe calls for a little time in the refrigerator - I usually do about 1 or 1 1/2 hours. |
|
|
11:00am - On the grill - I followed the instructions and flipped about every 10-15 minutes. |
|
|
11:40am - the first coating of Gfw's BBQ sauce is spread on the wings. |
|
|
11:50am - turned and added a little more BB Sauce |
|
|
12:10pm - Lunch is ready - as always, they were great! |
