ChefRD's BBQ Chili - 12/05/99

8:30am - Chili is on the Egg.  The chili is started. With a few minor exceptions, I followed the original recipe.

10:20am - Picture on  the right.  Smells good!

11:30am - Results - the chili was very good, but for me (my wife is always right) a little too spicy. Next time (yes there will definitely be a next time) I plan on using regular tomatoes - that way I'll know exactly what goes in the mix. Try it you'll like it! Gfw 

Btw -- the 11:30 test will be followed up by a 12:30 lunch.

12/20/99 - ChefRD's BBQ Chili didn't last long. So with a few more variations, I ended up with Gfw's Black Bean Chili.  I love chili!
