12/22/99 -  Ribs - Country & Baby Back

12:30pm - Tonight's dinner. This is a combination of Country Ribs and a 1/2 rack of baby backs. They were covered in mustard and moved to the refrigerator.

2:45pm - (next picture) on the grill at 325 dome on an indirect cooking surface - almost needed the LARGE BGE. The foil contains 3 sweet potatoes with a little butter.

5:45pm - removed the firebricks and the drip pan - only burned 2 fingers a - and put the ribs over direct heat.
6:00pm
- the pictures below speak for them selves. My wife said that if I continue this picture thing that I have to buy new place mats - the price we have to pay!
BTW - 3 hours on the grill at 325-350 degrees and the ribs, even the baby backs, were fall off the bone good!
