Since I'll be turning them again (about every 10 minutes), I merely leave the grid on the wings.

The wings are on the BGE - there are actually 2 grids under the wings - the main BGE grid and a second grid that the wings are actually sitting on. Review the recipe, these are breaded hot wings - my wife just kind of shakes her head about breaded BBQ'd chicken wings. |

Ready for the first turn. The third grid is
placed on top of the wings and using a pair of gloves, I turn all the wings
with very little effort.

The sauce that will be put on the wings today is
a combination of of JJ's Dippin sauce and Mr. Powdrell's BBQ Sauce. Abqegg'r
sent me the Mr. Powdrell's which I have developed a real taste for -
unfortunately, its not available around Peoria on a commercial basis,
but I'll bet that I can come pretty close.
