Gfw's Hot Wings
This recipe is a combination of ChefRD's Hot Wings and a post from Bama Fire.
Ingredients:
| •1 | cup milk |
| •1 | egg |
| •2 | tsp hot sauce |
| •1 | tsp cayenne pepper |
| •1 | tsp white pepper |
| •1 | tsp black pepper |
| •1 | tsp garlic powder |
| •1 | tsp onion powder |
| •1 | tsp Paprika |
| •1/2 | cup flour |
| •1/2 | cup corn meal |
| A Few | chicken wings |
Preparation:
Cooking Directions:
Cook over direct heat for about 45 minutes at 250 degrees turning about
every 10 minutes to prevent burning. After 25 minutes I basted the wings with
JJ's Dipping Sauce and I serve with Gfw's BBQ Sauce.
