The Marinade: Make enough to cover the meat
Soy Sauce: 1/2 cup
Rice Wine: 1/2 cup
Hoisin Sauce: 1/4 cup
Szechwan Stir Fry Sauce: - 1/8 cup
Honey: 1/8 cup
Worchester: 1/8 cup
Lemon Juice: 1/8 cup
Garlic Powder: 1 tsp
Black Pepper: 1 tsp
Cayenne Pepper: 1 tsp
Onion Powder: 1/2 tsp
The ribs were marinated for about 24 hours - rather than waste the excess marinate, I placed it in the drip pan while the ribs were cooking. The first picture (you can see the marinate in the foil drip pan) was taken as they went on the grill. The objective is 3 hours indirect at about 225-250 degrees, 1 hour wrapped in foil and finally back on the grill for about another hour or hour and a half. As I write this, I am preparing to remove them from the grill.
