This is a minor variation to Mike's Dads Salad Dressing / Marinate posted in the recipe section of the BGE Forum. Only the ingredients that I  use are listed. Click on the link for the original recipe. 

Ingredients: 

• 2/3 cup vegetable oil 
• 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar 
• 1/4 cup white wine 
• 1/4 cup soy sauce 
• 1 tsp sugar 
• 1 tsp curry powder 
• 1 tsp dry mustard 
• 1 tsp salt 
• 1 tsp black pepper 
• 1 tsp minced garlic

Combine all ingredients in a plastic bag.

I've used this marinate on London Broil with nice results.

This marinate is so simple yet seems to work great on steaks. and we have also used it on pork tenderloins.

We usually marinate for 3-24 hours based on a recipe posted by Hog Wild  on the BGE Forum. 

The recipe is equal parts of light soy sauce, olive oil, and lemon juice.

I typically substitute regular soy for the light soy and lime juice for the lemon juice.
