Guinness Ribs

When I got up this morning, I pulled my Marinade dish out of the fridge where the ribs have been swimming in a bath of Guinness stout, with a bit of garlic powder and pepper. Flipped over and saw they are soaking up the stuff nicely. Sometime after noon I will pull them out and dry them off. Then reserve the marinade for the drip pan. Slather the ribs with mustard and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Then I will make up the sauce with a variation of the Tamaring/Guava recipe posted yesterday under ribs, ribs, ribs (Gfw thanks for posting the link for others to check out). I have no Guava, but I will figure something out!

Ribs Rule. I will use indirect over firebricks, and drip pan. Can't wait!! Go Terps!
